Renting a Home

Ward doesn't handle rentals. Ward only assists clients buying or selling a home. However, if you wish, Ward can help you in your rental home search in the Phoenix metro area. Here’s how it works...

STEP 1. Simply send a detailed email to Ward outlining the location/city, size of home, your monthly rent budget amount and any other must-have features. Don't forget to put your name and contact info in the message. (Sorry, anonymous emails are ignored as spam.)

STEP 2. Ward will set up a targeted automatic MLS e-Search using your wants and needs. Then you will get an email whenever a new rental home comes on the market that meets your exact criteria. The email will have a link to see the details and photos for the home.

STEP 3. If you see a home you like, simply email Ward the address of the home. Ward will look up who is handling rental inquiries for that home and email you back the contact info for the person to talk to about that specific home.


PRO TIP -
Always proceed with caution. Unfortunately, there are a lot of rental scams out there these days. Beware of deals that seem a little too good to be true. Red flags should go up if a landlord or property manager requests you to pay with cash, a wire transfer or a money order. Just be on your guard for things that seem a little fishy.
